You upload a clear face photo — front-facing works best, though we can work with a 3/4 angle — and our system runs it through a fine-tuned face-swap pipeline trained specifically on our portrait themes. What comes out first is a rough composite. Here's the part most companies skip telling you: we discard about 1 in 12 of those initial generations because the face doesn't lock correctly — wrong jaw angle, eyes don't sit right, something's off. Only the ones that pass an internal visual check go to our artist queue. An artist then refines skin tone, corrects lighting consistency between the face and the background, and sharpens the suit and tie detail by hand. US orders ship in 5–7 business days; EU and UK customers should expect 7–14 days depending on customs. Canvas frames are wrapped in foam corners and double-boxed — we've had very few transit damage claims, but if yours arrives with any frame warp or print defect, photograph it and email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship at no charge. That 60-day satisfaction policy covers anything we got wrong on our end.
