I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Moments into Timeless Art

Imagine turning a beloved snapshot into a masterpiece. Each custom portrait is crafted with personalized care to encapsulate not just an image, but a memory. Perfect for marking life’s special moments.

This isn’t about mere decoration. It’s a conversation piece, a family heirloom destined for hallway pillars and mantelpieces. Created for those who appreciate the finer details and meaningful gifts.

TL;DR: A personalized canvas portrait perfect for anyone wanting to capture their favorite moments in a unique way. A fitting gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or just to make someone feel special.

Which Memories Deserve a Timeless Canvas?

Ideal for sentimental gifters looking to immortalize cherished photos on canvas. Perfect for parents, grandparents, or couples celebrating milestones like anniversaries or weddings. If you're into trend-chasing seasonal decor, this might not be your best pick.

How Do We Turn Your Photo into Art?

Start by uploading your favorite photo. Through cutting-edge AI face-swap technology, we ensure your likeness shines through, and then our artists refine the details by hand. Head of production, Maya, oversees each piece, ensuring precision; yet we discard about 1 in 12 generations for true quality commitment.

Why Choose Us for Your Custom Canvas?

Unlike standard stock canvas prints, our portraits prioritize personalization, turning a simple click into a one-of-one artwork. Each theme retires after six months, keeping your portrait exclusive and rare. The difference is palpable; a piece of art that feels truly yours.
