It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Tailored specifically to capture each detail beautifully, our canvas delivers a personalized touch that generic prints miss. Every stroke and shadow accentuates the subject, making this artwork a truly personal gift.

TL;DR: A custom portrait canvas that immortalizes your loved one's most memorable moments—an ideal gift for anniversaries, birthdays, or any special celebration.

Who Will Appreciate a Custom Canvas Portrait?

Perfect for those who want to make a statement, our custom portrait canvas suits anyone eager to preserve life's special moments uniquely. With its classic appeal, it's made for anyone appreciating artful expression.

However, if you're seeking instant digital gratification, our canvas portraits might not deliver due to their artistic crafting process.

How We Create Your Custom Canvas Portrait

Your journey begins by uploading a clear photo. Sophisticated AI crafts an initial version, then expert artists refine details, enhancing colors and shadows manually. Fascinatingly, about 1 in 12 prototypes don't pass muster, as we ensure each piece is museum-quality worthy—its canvas presentation is exquisite.

Why Choose Our Custom Portraits over Stock Prints?

Our portraits stand apart by leveraging artisanal craftsmanship; each is a unique piece, unlike stock mass-market prints. Think fine art quality—using people and technology to make your piece one-of-a-kind that won't be found elsewhere.
