I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Your Favorite Photo Into Art

Our Premium Custom Portrait from Photo isn't just a gift; it's a statement. Picture your favorite memory immortalized on a museum-quality canvas. The vibrant colors and refined details make this a timeless piece that holds sentimental value.

Unlike traditional photos, this canvas art offers texture and depth, turning simple snapshots into striking portraits. Crafted with precision and care, each piece is a testament to both art and moment.

TL;DR: Capture life's special moments with a personalized custom portrait on canvas. Ideal for those who appreciate art and cherished memories.

Who Will Cherish This Custom Portrait?

If you're looking to give a memorable gift, this is for art lovers, families wanting to preserve memories, or anyone celebrating a milestone. Maybe skip this if digital is more your style — someone who mostly shares memories via Instagram.

How Do We Transform Your Photo?

Your photo begins as an AI-generated template before an artist refines it for accuracy and artistry. We’re particular — about 1 in 12 portraits are redone to ensure perfection. Once approved, the image is printed on premium canvas.

Why Is This Canvas Portrait a Standout?

Unlike off-the-shelf canvas prints, each portrait is uniquely yours, made only once just for you. No repeats, no stock images. Your memories deserve that rarity.
