It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Image into Timeless Art

Step away from the ordinary and elevate a cherished photo into a museum-quality canvas. Our process marries technology with artistry, channeling the best of both worlds. Imagine your loved one's smile immortalized in rich colors and delicate textures.

With a style that's both classic and graceful, this portrait appeals to those who appreciate subtle sophistication over edgy trends. Turn a milestone into a keepsake—because some moments deserve a museum.

TL;DR: This custom canvas turns a single photograph into a masterpiece, best for those who value classic art over trendy styles.

Is this portrait for lovers of classic art?

Ideal for those celebrating significant life events such as weddings or retirements. This canvas is particularly a hit with individuals who lean towards traditional aesthetics and timeless beauty. If you prefer a bold, avant-garde style, this may not be your perfect match.

How is timeless art made from your photo?

Your portrait begins with you uploading a chosen photo. Our system initiates with an AI-driven face-swap for a basic preview. Then, artists like our head of production, Maya, meticulously refine each detail, discarding about 1 in 12 generations that don't meet our standards, resulting in a museum-quality canvas.

Why choose this canvas for a timeless feel?

Unlike generic prints, each of our canvases is one-of-a-kind, crafted from scratch using your photo. We retire themes and styles every six months to maintain exclusivity. It's more than a picture—it's a piece of personal art.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?

Frequently asked questions

What if the photo quality is low?Our team will assess and adjust low-quality photos. If it doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll contact you for alternatives.
Can I swap faces later?Unfortunately, face swaps are fixed post-generation. Choosing the right photo initially is essential.
Is this canvas waterproof? While it’s not designed for wet environments, our printing and finishing ensure it handles humidity reasonably well if kept indoors.
Do you offer framing options?Framing isn’t included, but the standard canvas wrap creates a ready-to-hang piece.
Can I see a preview before purchasing?

Yes. Upload your photos and create a free preview on this page before deciding whether to order. No payment is required to create the preview.
