I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Photos into a Museum-Worthy Canvas

Our canvas isn't just a product; it's a bridge between memories and art. Crafted for those moments when a photograph alone won't suffice, this creation captures the essence of your cherished memories, turning them into timeless art pieces.

Using a palette that flatters every complexion, our artists work tirelessly to extract the vivid emotions of your photo, translating them into museum-quality canvases. Ideal for anyone who treasures storytelling through imagery, the canvas offers a sophisticated yet personal touch to any space.

TL;DR: This custom portrait transforms your photo into a canvas, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion — a truly personal gift.

Who Falls in Love with Custom Portraits?

This portrait is perfect for those with a love for personal storytelling through art. It's a favorite among sentimental moms or dads looking to immortalize family moments, and partners seeking a unique anniversary gift. However, if you're after quirky pop culture themes, the Superhero Woman Portrait might be more your speed.

Crafting the Unseen: Behind the Canvas

Our process begins with your photo upload, seamlessly blending technology with artistry. An AI-driven face-swap sets the stage, but the magic happens when our artists, led by our head of production, Maya, add human touches to every detail. We ensure top quality by discarding about 1 in 12 generations that don't meet our standards.

Why Choose Over Regular Portraits?

Unlike generic canvases, our variant is a singular creation: your photo as art, exclusive to you, using materials that provide a true gallery feel. This isn't mass-produced—it's crafted with care by our team of artists who refine and perfect every detail.
