I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

This is more than a gift; it’s a keepsake crafted to last. Tailored for those who appreciate the finer things in life, it’s perfect for showcasing your individual story in style.

TL;DR: Our canvas gift transforms your cherished photos into museum-quality art, perfect for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, or a simple 'just because' surprise.

Is the Canvas Right for You?

If you or someone you love treasures personalized art, the canvas is a perfect fit. Ideal for anniversaries or milestone birthdays, it also makes a meaningful gift for those moving to a new home. However, if you’re seeking something with a theme or whimsical touch, our Superhero Woman Portrait might be more your style.

How We Bring Magic to Life

Our process begins with your photo, transforming it through an AI face-swap and ending with a detailed artist refinement on premium canvas. About 1 in 12 attempts don’t pass our scrutiny due to facial detail mismatches, ensuring we deliver perfection every time. This diligence is overseen by our head of production, Maya, who insists on nothing less than flawless detail.

What Sets Our Canvas Apart?

Unlike generic canvas prints found everywhere, our canvases are one-of-a-kind creations. Each portrait is tailored entirely from your own photograph, ensuring that no two are alike. Our commitment to retiring themes after limited runs keeps your art uniquely yours.
