I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn a Snapshot into a Cherished Memory

Imagine taking a simple snapshot and transforming it into a stunning work of art. Our Premium Custom Portrait on Canvas does just that, offering you the chance to elevate your favorite photo into a lasting keepsake.

Designed for those who want a unique blend of emotion and craftsmanship, this portrait radiates warmth and love, fitting seamlessly into any room with its museum-quality finish.

TL;DR: This product converts your favorite photo into a premium canvas portrait, making it an ideal gift for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. Perfect for those seeking a unique and personal decor piece.

Is this portrait the right fit for your milestone gift?

This premium custom portrait is perfect for sentimentally inclined individuals marking special milestones like a 25th wedding anniversary. Excellent for people who appreciate customization and the personal touch, such as couples wanting to immortalize a memorable photo.

However, if you're looking for something generic or off-the-shelf, this might not be your best bet.

How is your photo transformed into a canvas masterpiece?

Each portrait begins when you upload your photo; AI technology performs the initial face-swap before a skilled artist refines it into a museum-worthy piece. Our production process is rigorous, and we reject about 1 in 12 creations if the details don’t meet our exacting standards. Maya, our head of production, insists on perfection.

Why is this canvas portrait unlike any other?

Why opt for a generic print when you can commission a personally tailored art piece? Each canvas is uniquely yours, thanks to a creative process that burns the theme every six months to maintain exclusive appeal and originality.
