It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who finds this canvas most meaningful?

Perfect for memory keepers who treasure life's beautiful moments and families wanting a personal touch in their home decor. If you're after a generic or unembellished print, this might not be for you.

How is the canvas crafted?

Photos are uploaded and go through an AI-enhanced face-swap, refined by our artists, and then printed on museum-quality canvas. Approximately 1 in 12 images are retouched for the perfect finish, as head of production Maya ensures every detail is impeccable.

What sets our custom canvas apart?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this portrait involves tailored artistry with a unique AI face-swap technique to keep your image distinct and memorable. Our canvas isn't just printed; it's crafted with intention.
