It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Memories Captured on Luxe Canvas

For those who appreciate the elegance of a photograph, our Custom Portrait from Photo takes your snapshot and elevates it into a lush, artful canvas. Immerse yourself in richly textured colors that defy the ordinary.

This isn't just a picture on a wall—it's the precious capture of a laugh, a hug, a tender moment between loved ones. Perfect for any occasion, but it shines brightest in intimate settings like a family living room or a personal study, making it the perfect showcase of cherished memories.

TL;DR: A personalized canvas gift capturing memories for cherished occasions. Best suited for those who admire classic art settings like family rooms or studies.

Who's this elegant portrait perfect for?

If you've got a space that's begging for character or know someone who cherishes sincere mementos, this Custom Portrait from Photo fits the bill. Perfect for parents who adore family galleries or your best friend who's just set up a new home office. However, this might not hit the mark if your giftee's décor is more minimalist or ultra-modern.

How is this canvas portrait crafted?

Your uploaded photo begins its journey through precise AI face-swapping, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly. Our artist refines it, adding nuances and vibrancy, before printing it on thick, quality canvas. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding about 1 in 12 canvases if the colors don’t pop just right. It’s all about getting it perfect.

What makes our custom canvas unique?

Unlike off-the-shelf canvas prints, our Custom Portrait from Photo is an intimate creation—crafted from your own unique image, capturing the nuances of your personal moments. Where generics end, we begin; each piece is a one-of-a-kind portrait, drawing focus through rich color palettes that hold stories in their strokes.
