It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Moments into Art with Our Portrait Canvas

Forget the usual portrait options that leave you feeling just a little underwhelmed. This isn’t just any sample canvas; it’s a transformation of personal moments into timeless art. Gracing living rooms and personal spaces, this portrait canvas screams uniqueness. In fact, this very project was inspired by a photo from Mia, our lead designer, whose eye for detail makes every canvas a conversation starter.

Imagine a theme that doesn't just reflect your face, but celebrates it — wherever you choose to hang it, this canvas turns heads. We only keep this theme around for a year and then retire it, keeping yours genuinely special. From a radiant bedroom wall to a chic home office, it adapts expertly to different spaces.

TL;DR: Craft a museum-quality portrait canvas from your photo, capturing essence and warmth. Ideal for anniversaries or family keepsakes.

Is this portrait canvas the splash of art your life needs?

This canvas suits the thoughtful gift-giver who values individuality. It's perfect for parents looking to capture a family milestone or retirees wanting to relive moments. However, if you're seeking something that can be easily replaced or replicated, this isn't it.

How do we turn photos into timeless art pieces?

Your photo starts a journey through AI-assisted face-swap tech, where it morphs into a digital masterpiece. Our specialists, like Maya, scrutinize each output, discarding about 1 in 12 to ensure authenticity isn’t compromised. After approval, it graduates to a canvas, embodying your vision in every brushstroke.

Why choose our canvas over any other custom print?

Unlike the common picture-to-canvas services, our approach ensures that each piece is not mass-produced. It's your moment, reimagined. Once a theme retires, it’s gone, making your canvas a true collector's piece.
