I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: This custom portrait canvas is an ideal gift for anyone looking to immortalize a cherished photo in a stunning format — suitable for any occasion or décor.

Is this the right portrait for your loved one?

This portrait is perfect for people who cherish their memories — whether it's a couple celebrating an anniversary, parents looking to display family moments, or friends wanting to commemorate shared experiences. If you’re someone who prefers digital over physical, this might not be your first choice.

How do we craft your perfect photo canvas?

Our process begins with you uploading a photo of your choice. Through an instant AI-generated preview, we perform a detailed face-swap to personalize the image. Our skilled artists refine the preview for quality and realism, but we reject about 1 in 12 due to generator imperfections. Only the best images get printed on a top-quality canvas.

Why choose our custom canvas over others?

Unlike generic photo prints, our canvas offers a personalized art piece tailored to your chosen photo, ensuring no two canvases are alike. We periodically retire themes to maintain exclusivity and ensure your portrait remains a unique treasure.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?
