I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is This the Right Portrait Gift for Your Occasion?

Creating Your Personalized Canvas from Photo: Our Process

We start with a high-quality digital transformation using AI face-swapping techniques for precision, followed by careful artist refinement to ensure every detail is perfect. Our head of production, Maya, oversees the final step where up to 1 in 12 tries are discarded because the details don't precisely lock onto the facial features, ensuring we deliver only perfection before printing on the finest canvas available.

Why Choose This Portrait Gift Over Generic Options?

Unlike generic prints, this isn't out of a template; it combines your unique photo with refined artistry to craft a one-of-a-kind, heirloom-quality keepsake. Each theme is only available for six months, making your selection exclusive and tailored just for you.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?
