I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Into Your Own Pixar Romance

Ever wondered what your love story would look like inside a Pixar film? With soft sunset hues and the signature enchanted glow, your relationship becomes the center of a delightful storybook portrait. It's not about living happily ever after, but seeing your happiness framed in vivid colors and charming details.

Specifically designed for the romantic dreamers, this portrait surrounds you with whimsical landscapes and a palette straight out of a beloved animated favorite. Ideal for those who believe every moment together is an adventure worth capturing.

TL;DR: The Custom PixarCouple Portrait transforms couples into animated characters on a museum-quality canvas—ideal for anniversaries, engagements, or any captivating love story.

Which Lovebirds Perfectly Fit the Pixar Style?

This portrait shines brightest for couples enchanted by Disney magic or those celebrating love in fun, imaginative ways. Perfect for anniversaries or aspiring animators in love. Not suited for the strictly minimalist or those who shy away from playful creativity.

How We Add a Dash of Pixar Magic

The process begins with you uploading a cherished photo. Our AI kicks in for a Pixar-style face swap, but not every generation makes the cut—about 1 in 12 need retouching. Then, human artists accentuate every detail before crafting the perfect canvas masterpiece.

Why Choose This Pixar-Inspired Portrait?

Unlike another run-of-the-mill couple canvas, this piece embeds you into an animated universe, making it truly one-of-a-kind. We retire themes every six months to keep your story uniquely yours.
