It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

How your Pixar magic moment takes shape

Your journey begins with a photo upload, where our AI deftly maps your features onto an animated-style framework. Our artists then refine these details, adding authentic touches to ensure your personalized expression shines. While roughly 1 in 12 attempts don't sync perfectly, those that do are pure magic. Finished pieces arrive on museum-quality canvas.

How is this a cut above the ordinary canvas?

Unlike generic prints, this is uniquely yours, with our artist making sure the character on canvas bears unmistakable resemblance to the person you hold dear. Every few months, we introduce fresh themes, ensuring your choice remains exclusive. With just a single price of $35, creativity can meet affordability.
