It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Create a Heavenly Memory of Your Beloved Dog

Imagine capturing your dog's spirit with a serene halo and an ethereal background of soft clouds and glowing sunsets. This isn't just a canvas; it's a heartfelt memorial that echoes tranquility and dignity. Perfect for those moments when words aren't enough.

Designed specifically to celebrate the cherished companionship, each piece is crafted with a focus on love and remembrance. The golden hues of the sunset create a calming palette, offering comfort to pet parents in remembrance of their loyal friends.

TL;DR: Capture your dog's essence with a Custom Pet Memorial Dog Portrait. Ideal for pet parents seeking a serene and personal tribute to their cherished companion.

Is the Serene Halo Canvas Right for Your Memorial?

This portrait is ideal for pet parents who see their dogs as family members and seek a meaningful tribute after loss. It's not recommended for those looking for just a casual pet picture or who may be put off by a focus on memorialization.

How Do We Craft Each Serene Halo Portrait?

Our process starts with a treasured photo you upload. We use AI to create the initial likeness, placing your dog against an ethereal backdrop. Our skilled artists refine the image further to ensure accuracy and emotional resonance. We discard about 1 in 12 creations during this stage if they don't convey the intended peace and reverence.

Why Choose a Serene Halo Canvas Over Ordinary Memorials?

Unlike typical stock memorials, each Serene Halo portrait is one-of-a-kind. Once a theme is retired, it's never repeated, making each portrait a truly personal and exclusive homage to your beloved pet.
