It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Craft the Perfect Heavenly Pet Tribute

Imagine a tranquil setting where your cherished dog is surrounded by fluffy clouds, embodying peace, warmth, and eternal love. That's what our Serene Cloud Canvas captures — a lasting memory of your beloved pet in their most peaceful essence. With a gentle halo and personalized dog tag, each portrait conveys a unique narrative.

Perfect for those who find solace in artful memorials, it’s not just a canvas — it’s a heartfelt tribute. Your pet’s memory remains in a light-filled, calming environment, offering comforting presence in any room, especially when grieving is hardest.

TL;DR: Capture the spirit of your beloved dog with an ethereal portrait, perfect for pet owners looking for a serene way to remember a cherished companion.

Is this memorial right for your journey?

This memorial suits pet parents seeking a tender, artistic way to remember their dog. Particularly fitting for those who found deep companionship with their pet, and those who favor aesthetic tributes. It's honestly not for anyone uncomfortable with visual memorials — perhaps due to personal preference or grief stage.

How do we create such serene memorials?

Your treasured photos undergo an AI face-swap that analyzes each pixel delicately. Our artists refine every feature until the portrait looks just right, a task requiring precision and care. We discard about 1 in 12 generations; it's critical the result genuinely captures your pet's spirit before transferring to a museum-quality canvas.

Why is our dog memorial canvas unique?

Unlike mass-produced canvases, each Serene Cloud Portrait is singularly unique to your pet. Our themes are cyclically retired, preserving their scarcity and individuality. Additionally, the hand-finished touch infuses warmth you won’t find in automated processes.
