It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Family Photos into a Royal Tribute

In a world where moments with loved ones are precious, turn those moments into art that resonates with grace and majesty. Imagine your mother adorned with a golden crown, sitting on an opulent throne surrounded by the aura of royalty — a tribute to her strength and devotion.

This portrait doesn't just capture her likeness; it elevates her presence, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. It's a canvas filled with lush purples and gilded accents, making it a truly regal statement piece in any room.

TL;DR: A regal keepsake for mothers, this custom portrait transforms your family photo into a majestic artwork, featuring throne and crown details, perfect for honoring a mother's grace.

What type of mom wears the crown beautifully?

This portrait is ideal for children who see their mothers as queens and want to celebrate significant milestones — think Mother's Day or a special birthday. It's also suited for mothers who enjoy home décor with a personal and sophisticated touch. However, if your mom prefers more understated styles, the Serene Peony Art might be a better fit.

How does your family photo become royal art?

Your journey begins with a photo upload, transitioning through an AI-powered face swap, which then feeds into an artist's detailed refinement stage. This isn't just AI; it's art with heart. Our head of production, Maya, ensures precision — though about 1 in 12 initial versions are scrapped if they don't meet our standards. Final approval earns the portrait a spot on a museum-quality canvas.

Why is this regal throne portrait unique?

Unlike other generic canvas prints, this piece is one-of-a-kind. We retire each theme after a short run, keeping your choice rare. Our regal theme elevates the setting with thrones and crowns that aren't part of any stock offerings, ensuring a unique and personal touch.
