It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Your Family to Life in Cartoon Chic

Imagine your family captured in a vibrant cartoon style, each member's unique personality leaping off the canvas. This isn't just any portrait—it's a lively depiction that turns your cherished moments into a playful masterpiece, perfect for brightening up any room.

The modern illustrated family portrait steps away from the traditional, embracing a dynamic, colorful aesthetic that suits any home—and any mood. It's ideal for families who value creativity and individuality in their home decor.

TL;DR: This modern illustrated family portrait transforms your family into stylized cartoon characters. It's perfect for vibrant and playful families who appreciate contemporary art with a personal touch.

Is a Cartoon Family Portrait Right for My Crew?

This portrait is crafted for families who love to see their quirks and bonds illustrated in a lively and colorful style. It's a fantastic gift for artistic households, children who love cartoons, or anyone looking to inject a bit of fun into their living space. However, if you're after a traditional, serious portrait, this might not hit the mark.

How Do You Turn Us into Cartoons?

Our portraits begin with a photo you upload—our AI swaps out faces to get the basics right, but the real magic happens when our artists refine the details to enhance personalities. It's not always perfect on the first go, as we discard about 1 in 12 attempts due to AI hiccups, ensuring you get the best result.

Why Choose Our Cartoon Portraits Over Regular Canvas Prints?

Unlike a basic print you might find elsewhere, our cartoon portraits transform your family's essence into a bespoke masterpiece. Each canvas is a one-of-a-kind creation that reflects individual quirks, rather than just photocopying reality.
