It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Dog's Memory with Angelic Grace

Imagine your beloved dog immortalized with angel wings, halo aglow, against a serene backdrop. Our Memorial Dog Portrait transforms a simple photo into an eternal tribute, infused with symbols of peace and remembrance.

This isn't a generic pet canvas. It's a deeply personal keepsake, crafted with love and designed to capture the spirit of your cherished companion, offering comfort every time you see it.

TL;DR: A loving tribute for pet parents longing to preserve their dog's memory with a sentimental canvas portrait featuring angelic wings and delicate flowers.

Who finds solace in a Memorial Dog Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for pet parents who've recently lost a cherished dog and want a tangible way to honor their pet's memory. Ideal for families who want to place a loving reminder of their furry friend in living areas, offering solace and fond memories. It doesn't suit those seeking generic pet décor without personal sentiment.

How do we turn a photo into a memorial canvas?

The process begins with you uploading a beloved photo of your dog. We start with an AI face-swap to fit angelic wings, followed by artist retouching to perfect the image. About 1 in 12 attempts grants reruns if elements don't align precisely. The result: a museum-quality canvas as unique as your pet.

Why choose this Memorial Dog Portrait over others?

Unlike generic options, our portrait offers a deeply personalized representation of your pet. It uses a specific combination of AI technology and artist expertise, ensuring that each portrait radiates individuality, capturing your pet's spirit like no other.
