It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Your Cat's Life with Angelic Grace

Lose yourself in the serene beauty of our angel wings cat portrait, where every detail—from the soft glow of the halo to the cascading wings—invokes a sense of peace and reverence. Crafted for those who cherished their feline companions, this canvas captures not just a likeness, but a legacy.

Those delicate flowers and ethereal clouds don't just add to the aesthetic; they whisper of a love that's everlasting. Whether your cat was the gentle nap buddy or the mischievous night prowler, their spirit finds a home here.

TL;DR: Create a serene tribute for your passed feline friend with our Custom Memorial Cat Portrait, featuring angelic wings, a glowing halo, and soft clouds. Ideal for pet parents seeking comfort in a loving keepsake.

Is this memorial cat portrait right for me?

Perfect for pet parents grieving the loss of a beloved cat, this portrait resonates with those who found companionship in their feline friends. It’s a thoughtful gift for anyone who wants a comforting keepsake to celebrate their pet’s life. If you're looking for something other than a memorial theme, perhaps consider our Whimsical Cat Angel Canvas.

How do we bring your cat's memory to life?

Once you upload a photo, our process begins by using AI to seamlessly merge your cat's image onto our angelic backdrop. Each piece is then refined by a skilled artist to ensure accuracy, especially around the face and features. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 of our initial generations don't make the cut due to facial misalignment, ensuring high standards for your portrait. The final artwork is printed on museum-grade canvas, ready to honor your pet beautifully.

Why choose this cat memorial over other tributes?

Unlike other memorial canvases, this portrait is personalized to feature your unique cat alongside rich, meaningful symbols like wings and flowers, offering comfort unlike a generic photo frame. And we retire this specific design after six months to maintain its exclusivity—your tribute remains unique.
