It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Family in Timeless Impressionism

Drenched in pastels and soft hues, our Custom Impressionist Family Portraits take your cherished photos and reimagine them in the tranquility of a serene, floral landscape. Think Monet's gardens with a modern twist — perfect for the sentimental yet style-conscious home curator.

An ideal way to commemorate family milestones, these portraits bring a museum-quality touch to any family room, infusing it with warmth and elegance. Imagine your loved ones, not just pictured, but painted as part of a living masterpiece.

TL;DR: A serene impressionist portrait perfect for families wanting a touch of classic art. Ideal for gifting or as a centerpiece in family rooms.

Which families will love the Impressionist look?

Our portraits are perfect for families who cherish art and want to celebrate their bonds in an elegant way. If your family room or nursery needs a serene masterpiece, this fits the bill perfectly. However, if you're searching for a modern, abstract design, this might not be the perfect match.

How do we craft your impressionist family masterpiece?

We start with your uploaded family photo, which is transformed using AI face-swap technology, while our artists enhance the impressionist features — soft yet distinct brushstrokes capturing floral beauty. We strive for perfection, discarding about 1 in 12 pieces that don't meet our standards.

Why choose our Impressionist over traditional canvases?

Unlike generic canvas prints, each portrait is a one-of-a-kind piece crafted with your family's uniqueness in mind. We regularly update our themes and retire old ones to keep your artwork exclusive and fresh, ensuring it remains a conversation piece in your home for years to come.
