It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Turns to Flowers and Flora in Their Family Portraits?

This portrait is perfect for families who cherish their pets as part of the family and love the calming presence of flowers and nature in their home decor. If you prefer a more formal or minimalist aesthetic, this might not be your style.

Crafting an Impressionist Family Masterpiece

First, upload a favorite photo of your family and furry friend. Advanced AI will then create an initial impressionist rendering, followed by meticulous hand-touch refinement by our artists to ensure artistic excellence. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 initial generations are discarded if they don't capture the essence perfectly.

Why Choose an Impressionist Touch?

Unlike mass-produced prints, this portrait is designed uniquely for you, integrating personal elements of your life with the timeless appeal of impressionism. The presence of your pet adds an extra layer of warmth that stock images simply can't replicate.
