It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Warm Serenity: Capturing Hobbyists Beside the Hearth

Imagine yourself surrounded by the comforting crackle of a fireplace, your beloved cat nestled at your feet. Our 'Cozy Knitter by Fireplace' portrait is more than just art; it's a reflection of your passion vividly brought to life. With your knitting needles clicking softly, you're not just seen — you're understood.

We've designed this scene for the dreamers who find solace in their craft. Soft golden hues and the gentle glow of the hearth set the backdrop, elevating your hobby into a heartfelt display of relaxation and creativity.

TL;DR: This portrait is perfect for knitting hobbyists who cherish their downtime by the fireplace, offering a uniquely serene art piece that celebrates their passion for crafting.

Who Feels at Home in this Knitting Portrait?

Great for the knitters who find peace in their yarn from NYC to Seattle, and those who love curling up with their craft and a cup of tea. Not for those who can't sit still or prefer digital to hands-on hobbies.

How Does Your Cozy Portrait Come to Life?

We start with your photo, use AI for initial placement, and then our artists refine the portrait to ensure it looks natural. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding 1 in 12 generated faces for perfection. Finally, it’s printed on museum-quality canvas, ensuring longevity.

How is this Knitting Portrait Different from Generic Art?

Unlike generic art, this portrait is one-of-a-kind, capturing the essence of your personal space and beloved hobby. Furthermore, we retire themes every six months to maintain exclusivity, so your chosen scene stays special.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?
