It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Family Into Gothic Elegance

Transport your loved ones into an era of mystery with our Custom Gothic Family Portrait. Embrace the haunting elegance of dark lace, shadowy candlelight, and grand gothic arches. This isn't just a portrait; it's a story woven into canvas, capturing the hidden tales of your family.

Perfect for those who cherish the dramatic and macabre, this theme delves into the beautifully eerie facets of family dynamics. Deep, rich hues and intricate detailing ensure your portrait is more a work of art than mere decoration.

TL;DR: Step into the world of mystery with a Custom Gothic Family Portrait. Perfect for families who love drama and the macabre, this canvas brings your unique stories to life.

Which families embrace the Gothic allure?

This portrait is perfect for families with a penchant for the gothic aesthetic, those who celebrate dark academia, and anyone looking to diverge from conventional family art. It might not suit those seeking bright, traditional family representations.

How does our Gothic art come to life?

We begin by transforming your uploaded photo into a Gothic masterpiece using AI face-swap technology. Our artists then refine each piece with careful attention to detail, ensuring the portrait retains its eerie allure. Maya, our head of production, insists on discarding 1 in every 12 AI generations if they fail to capture the mysterious quality.

Why choose this over generic family art?

Unlike mass-produced family portraits, this creation is a one-of-a-kind piece rooted in authenticity. With each theme retired after six months, your Gothic family portrait remains exclusive, capturing your story in a way generic prints can't.
