I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Find Comfort in a GetWell Family Canvas

Imagine a gentle embrace captured on a canvas – the Custom GetWell Family Portrait offers just that, blending familiar faces with elements of tranquility. Soft hues and serene backdrops mirror a sunlit room where every glance can lift spirits.

Crafted for those moments when encouragement and love are needed most, this portrait transforms an ordinary family photo into a symbol of hope and healing. It's more than art; it's a heartfelt gesture that speaks volumes.

TL;DR: A Custom GetWell Family Portrait is perfect for anyone in recovery, offering a touch of warmth and connection. Show them you care with a personalized canvas that brings comfort.

Who finds solace with a GetWell canvas?

Ideal for someone recovering at home or in the hospital, bringing familial warmth into their space. It's great for children and adults needing emotional support. Not suited for those seeking playful or extravagant themes.

How do we craft each healing portrait?

Your family photo goes through a meticulous process starting with an AI face swap to bring out authentic details, followed by artist refinement to perfect the comforting scene. We pride ourselves on quality control, discarding about 1 in 12 attempts when the serene look isn't just right.

Why choose our GetWell portraits over generic options?

Unlike typical family portraits, our GetWell canvas is a comforting piece tailor-made for recovery. We often retire themes like this one rapidly to keep them personalized and significant.
