EU and UK customers are looking at 7–14 business days depending on customs clearance, which we have no control over once it crosses the border (that's just the honest truth). Canvas is durable but keep it out of direct sunlight long-term if you care about color retention; our archival inks are UV-resistant, not UV-proof. If you're not satisfied with the portrait for any reason, we have a 60-day satisfaction policy — contact our team, we'll either redo it or refund it.
