It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embrace Your Mystical Avatar on Canvas

Imagine yourself cast as a fierce sorceress, commanding magical forces with a sweep of your hand. The Custom Fantasy Woman Portrait — Heroic Fire & Magic Canvas transforms reality, combining your likeness with a realm of shimmering armor and ethereal flames. It's not just a piece of art, but a tribute to the powerful, mystical avatar within.

This canvas envelops your image in an ancient, storied palace adorned with flickering torch-lit brick archways. Perfect for those who see a hint of magic in everyday life, it's a gift that touches the very heart of fantasy enthusiasts, role-players, and dreamers alike.

TL;DR: Transform a loved one's photo into a heroic fantasy portrait adorned with magic and fire motifs, perfect for women who live and breathe fantasy worlds.

Which fantasy heroines can pull off this magical look?

Catered especially for women who adore fantasy novels or immerse themselves in role-playing games, this portrait lets them embody a mystical warrior. It's perfect for celebrating milestones like birthdays or achievements in the gaming world. However, it might not suit someone looking for a simple, minimalist canvas décor.

How is this mystical magic canvas created?

The creation process starts when you upload your favorite high-resolution photo. We use advanced AI technology for a precise face-swap, but our artists enhance every detail by hand, ensuring two quality checks before printing on premium canvas. Interestingly, we reject 1 in 12 generations to maintain our impeccable standards.

How does this stand out from other fantasy art?

Unlike typical fantasy art, each portrait is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece featuring your personal touches. We retire themes after six months to keep your creation exclusive, unlike niche shops with generic stock art.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?
