It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into Your Own Fantasy World

Ever dreamt of seeing your family as the valiant heroes of a mystical realm? With our Custom Fantasy Family Portrait, turn that dream into reality. Picture you and your loved ones wielding enchanted swords, standing tall in gleaming armor, or perhaps emerging from a swirling magical portal.

Each portrait is infused with vibrant colors and a touch of magic, capturing the essence of fantasy worlds that transport your family to an adventure like no other. Perfect for families who live with a sense of wonder and the courage of a hero.

TL;DR: Turn your family photo into a custom fantasy adventure scene, perfect for families who embrace imagination and heroism.

What kind of families suit the fantasy armor?

Our Custom Fantasy Family Portrait is magic for families who find delight in expansive fantasy worlds and adventure stories. Picture your dad as a wizard, or your kids as noble knights. Perfect for the family that dresses up for movie premieres and raids books about enchanted lands. If your family's more 'sitcom' than 'saga', this might not be your scene.

How are these enchanting portraits crafted?

Upload your family photo, and watch the magic unfold. Our process begins with AI face-swapping, then artists step in to enhance every detail until perfection. Led by our head of production, Maya, who's noted that we discard 1 in 12 face swaps because your likeness deserves nothing less than true heroism. Painted, refined, and delivered on a premium museum canvas.

What sets apart our fantasy canvas?

Unlike run-of-the-mill family canvases, each fantasy portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation. Your family's faces star in an adventure scene filled with custom details—no stock images or repeated templates here. We even retire our themes regularly to ensure every portrait remains rare and special.
