It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?

• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Could an Angelic Touch Be Right for Your Cat?

This portrait hits home with cat enthusiasts who see their feline companions as more than just pets; they're majestic beings with wings of imagination. It's not for you if you're seeking a realistic pet rendition — this portrait dives into dreamscapes rather than realism.

Spinning Whimsy and Fantasy Into Your Canvas

Our process starts with your uploaded cat photo, which our AI uses to map onto a fantasy template. Artists polish every detail, rejecting around one in 12 works that don't capture your cat’s unique expression. The result? A museum-grade canvas ready to showcase.

What Sets This Angel Winged Fantasy Apart?

While typical cat portraits might capture a sleepy gaze, our Fantasy Angel portrait adds a layer of enchantment unique to your pet. One-of-one customization ensures no other cat graces angel wings quite like yours does.
