It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Serenity with Your Golden Retriever

Imagine your family, not posed in a studio, but captured in a genuine moment alongside your beloved golden retriever. This isn't just a portrait; it's a memory suspended in time, showcasing the gentle joy and warmth only a golden retriever can bring to a family setting.

Set in a soft-hued palette, the serene ambiance reflects the tranquil beauty of familial love. Ideal for those seeking to honor not just people, but the furrier members who make the family complete.

TL;DR: This custom portrait transforms your family and golden retriever photo into a timeless artwork, perfect for those cherishing the serene bonds of family life, including the furry members.

Who will treasure this Golden Retriever portrait?

Perfect for families with golden retrievers who view their pets as integral family members. It's also wonderful for dog lovers who cherish every moment spent with their furry friends. Maybe not the best fit for those without pets or who prefer more abstract art styles.

Crafting the perfect family memory

We begin with your photo and use AI to seamlessly integrate the faces and features, before our artists refine the details to ensure the lighting and mood capture that serene feel. Occasionally, about 1 in 12 attempts don't quite match the vision and are remade for perfection, ensuring every piece is family-ready.

Why is this Golden Retriever canvas unique?

Unlike generic family portraits, this canvas uniquely incorporates your golden retriever in a one-of-a-kind setting. We retire each theme after a few months, ensuring your portrait remains as distinctive as your family.
