It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Timeless Family Serenity on Canvas

Picture your family in a soft embrace, the warmth of genuine smiles captured in an elegant backdrop filled with delicate florals. Our Custom Family Portrait brings multi-generational bonds to life, perfect for celebrating the subtle beauty of familial love.

With serene lighting and attention to detail, this portrait transforms your photo into a graceful heirloom. It's more than decor; it's a tribute to your family's enduring story.

TL;DR: This custom serene family canvas portrait is a heartfelt gift for grandparents cherishing family unity, perfect for multi-gen homes.

Is This the Perfect Portrait for Your Family?

This portrait is perfect for families wanting to celebrate multiple generations, especially grandparents who value capturing every cherished smile and memory. Families with young children who love creating an heirloom quality piece of art will also adore this.

However, it's not for those seeking bold or abstract styles—it thrives on subtlety and warmth.

How We Craft Your Family's Canvas

We begin with your treasured photo, utilizing AI for the initial face-swap to retain likeness. However, true artistry shines as our experts refine every detail, ensuring elegance before printing on premium museum canvas. About 1 in 12 drafts doesn't meet our serenity standard and is redone.

Why This Family Portrait Stands Out

Unlike other generic family canvases, our serene portraits are uniquely tailored from your own photo, featuring intimately captured smiles and our exclusive softly-lit settings, which are updated and retired to preserve rarity.
