It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Warm Family Moments in Art

A family portrait should evoke warmth and connection, and our serene canvas captures this essence beautifully. Perfect for those cherished family moments, this portrait style imbues your images with a painterly softness that's both timeless and inviting.

Whether displayed in the living room or a cozy hallway, these portraits transform any space into a loving homage to family. Not just a print—an art piece that tells your family's unique story.

TL;DR: This Custom Family Portrait Canvas is ideal for families wanting to turn their photos into soft, museum-quality art, perfect for any room. Especially suitable for parents who want a lasting, emotional reminder of the warmth and intimacy shared with loved ones.

Which families will love this serene canvas?

This canvas suits families looking to immortalize tender moments in artistically soft tones. Ideal for those who appreciate museum-quality art that lends an air of serenity to home decor. If you're after bold, modern styles, this might not fit the bill—but those wanting nostalgia with elegance will adore it.

How do we craft your Ai-generated family canvas?

Upload your photo, and our AI starts by reimagining it in a gentle, painterly style. The process involves an AI face-swap followed by meticulous artist touch-ups. Approximately 1 in 12 tries are retouched for precise facial compositions, guaranteeing a perfect end result. Finally, the image is printed on canvas that mirrors museum standards.

Why choose our serene family canvas over others?

Unlike generic canvas prints, which often use stock images, our pieces are wholly unique to your family moments and retire after 6 months to ensure rarity. This is not merely a print, but a personal art piece destined to become a household heirloom.
