It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Cherish Generations in Elegant Family Art

Imagine a canvas that feels like a gentle hug from your complete family lineage. Our serene multi-gen portrait gracefully captures your family's spirit, highlighted by natural light that softly envelops each cherished face. It's not just a picture—it's a timeless family embrace! Lush backgrounds and warm tones make this portrait a centerpiece of emotional depth.

Perfect for grand living rooms that host many family gatherings or as a treasured reminder in the study of grandparents who've shared their wisdom. These are canvases filled with love, meant for those whose hearts stretch across generations.

TL;DR: Capture multi-generational love with a serene portrait. Ideal for family rooms and meaningful gifts, this art piece preserves cherished memories with grandparents and grandchildren in a warm, natural aesthetic.

Which families will cherish this multi-gen portrait?

This portrait is ideal for families who appreciate the beauty of multi-generational gatherings. Grandparents celebrating their golden years or parents wanting to capture an ever-growing family tree will find it perfect. However, if you're looking for a quick gift with less personalization, this might not be your best choice.

How does a serene family canvas come to life?

Our process starts with your photo – a digital masterpiece capturing your family's essence. AI smartly maps facial features, and talented artists refine each face to ensure likeness and warmth. Roughly 1 in 12 AI attempts are manually reconsidered, making sure no portrait falls below our high standard. The final product is a one-of-a-kind museum-quality canvas that immortalizes family warmth.

What sets this family canvas apart?

What makes this serene multi-gen portrait truly unique is its personal touch. Each canvas is a one-off creation, not a generic art piece you might find elsewhere. Our design retires after six months, maintaining exclusivity as a family heirloom rather than a common decoration.
