It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Memories into Multi-Generational Art

Memories captured in thoughtful, artistic arrangements stand the test of time. Our Custom Family Memorial Portrait lets you preserve your family's legacy in a unique artwork, displaying the emotional bonds across generations.

Designed for families with shared histories and values, this portrait artfully combines lineage and love into a cherished keepsake for your home.

TL;DR: A Custom Family Memorial Portrait canvas captures multi-generational memories, perfect for creating heirlooms that honor familial bonds across time.

Which Families Benefit Most from a Memorial Portrait?

Perfect for families with strong multi-generational ties, those who cherish their family history and want to preserve it for future generations. Ideal for grandparents seeking a joint legacy, or children commemorating their parents’ journey. Not suited for those seeking modern, minimalist art pieces.

Crafting Your Family's Multigenerational Story

Your family photos go through an AI face-swap to position each member in timeless poses. Our artists finesse additions to ensure familial likeness, rejecting about 1 in 12 pieces where details don’t align perfectly. Results are printed onto premium-grade museum canvases for lasting beauty.

Why Choose This Memorial Canvas Over Generic Prints?

Unlike generic family prints, our memorial canvas turns your specific family moment into an exclusive artwork. Each generation’s presence is captured, and we limit themes to six months only, enhancing the rarity of your keepsake.
