It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: Transform your cat into a playful Disney character with this custom canvas. Perfect for magical moments and pet-loving family members of all ages.

Is a Disney Portrait the Right Choice for Your Cat?

These portraits are perfect for whimsical pet lovers who adore Disney's classic charm. Ideal for families that cherish magical experiences and want to celebrate their feline friend in an art form. If your home is more into modern minimalism, this might not fit your aesthetic style.

How Does Your Cat Become a Disney Character?

Once you upload your photo, our skilled artists use advanced AI to initiate a face-swap process, transforming your cat into a delightful Disney character. But it doesn't stop there – an artist reviews and adjusts every detail to ensure quality, discarding about one in 12 attempts to get the face just right. Finally, we print on museum-grade canvas for lasting quality.

Why Choose Our Disney Cat Portraits?

This isn't a typical pet portrait. Unlike generic prints, each Disney-inspired piece features custom backgrounds and magical details like sparkles and fantasy elements. It's not just a print; it's a work of whimsy born from your cat's own likeness.
