I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Family in Vivid Pop Art

Remember the bold colors and dynamic action of classic comic books? Our Custom Comic Book Family Portrait takes your beloved family photo and infuses it with the playful spirit and dynamic style of pop art.

Vibrant color blocks, dramatic lines, and even an onomatopoeia ‘POW’ or ‘BAM!’ give these portraits a larger-than-life feel, perfect for the playful and the young at heart.

TL;DR: For those who adore the bold and adventurous, our Custom Comic Book Family Portrait captures your loved ones in a vivid pop art style. A perfect, playful addition to family rooms.

Which Families Shine in Comic Book Frames?

This portrait suits families who celebrate their unique storylines with flair. It's ideal for the mom who knows her superheroes from sidekicks or the dad who hoards vintage comic collections. Maybe not for those who prefer subdued, monochromatic home decor.

How We Craft the Comic Book Magic

First, upload your chosen family photo. Our tech AI generates an initial pop art transformation. Each canvas is artistically refined by hand to ensure every expression and detail reflects your family's spirit. About 1 in 12 canvases undergoes retouching for the perfect comic-inspired finish.

Why is Our Pop Art Portrait Truly Unique?

Unlike generic prints, our pop art portrait is uniquely tailored to your family’s likeness. New themes are rotated biannually, keeping your art as fresh and unique as the day you bought it.
