I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Relive the Magic of a Festive Sleigh Ride

Imagine your family nestled in a charming sleigh, drawn by a majestic horse through a winter wonderland. Our custom Christmas Family Portrait creates an enchanting scene surrounded by twinkling lights and snowflakes.

This isn't just a canvas—it's a treasure that captures the warmth of your festive celebrations, perfect for displaying above your mantel during the holiday season and beyond.

TL;DR: Capture your family's holiday spirit with our custom Christmas Family Portrait, where your loved ones ride through a twinkling winter wonderland. Perfect for making festive memories that last a lifetime.

Could Your Family Shine in a Festive Sleigh Portrait?

This portrait is ideal for families who cherish Christmas traditions and enjoy festive gatherings. It's especially magical for kids who dream of sleigh rides, and parents who want a keepsake of holiday joy. If your family isn't very festive, maybe consider our Christmas Couple Portrait for a more subdued celebration.

How Do We Craft Your Sleigh Magic?

We start by adapting your photo into a custom sleigh ride design using AI face-swap technology. Our artists refine every detail to craft a realistic holiday scene. Interestingly, around 1 in 12 initial designs don't make the cut because the faces need to align perfectly—you deserve the best!

What Sets This Personalized Sleigh Ride Canvas Apart?

This isn't a generic canvas. Each portrait displays your family uniquely, set against a classic winter scene. Unlike stock prints, our themes retire after the season, keeping your piece exclusive. For couples, try our Christmas Couple Portrait options for another personal touch.
