I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Let a Winter Wonderland Embrace Your Love

Celebrate the season's magic with a holiday portrait that turns your shared moments into a snowy embrace of love. Think twinkling lights reflecting off snow-covered streets and a warmth that feels like home.

This portrait isn't just festive—it's iconic. Ideal for couples who cherish the coziness of winter, each detail is designed to evoke the nostalgic charm of Christmas.

TL;DR: Transform your favorite couple photo into a memorable Christmas canvas, perfect for honoring your love and adding seasonal warmth to your home.

Is this Christmas portrait perfect for you two?

This portrait dazzles those in love with Christmas movies, snowy holidays, or simply looking to capture a moment's warmth. It's not for minimalist decor fans or those seeking springtime vibes—our Santa-hat sentiment won't fit in there.

What goes into creating your winter wonderland portrait?

Your submitted photo undergoes a meticulous process: AI face-swap initiates, followed by our expert illustrators refining each detail. Only 10 of 12 AI generations make the cut, ensuring each face gracefully complements the festive scene. Finally, it’s printed on a museum-grade canvas for a prestigious feel.

Why choose this Christmas canvas over ordinary prints?

Unlike basic prints, each portrait is a one-of-one creation with theme elements like Christmas cabins, snowy trees, and twinkling street lamps tailored to your photo. We retire each Christmas theme in half a year, keeping your art truly unique.
