It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Home the Magic of Cartoon Bliss

Imagine a heartwarming family scene captured in cartoon form—gentle colors and soft florals set the stage for a keepsake that tugs at your heart. Our serene Cartoon Family Portrait immortalizes those special moments with personalized nuances that make it uniquely yours.

This isn't just art; it's a narrative elegantly woven into illustration. Whether it's your family-room focus piece or a treasured Christmas gift, this canvas tells your story in vivid pastel hues.

TL;DR: This custom Cartoon Family Portrait brings your cherished family photo to life as an illustrated canvas. Perfect for families looking to add heartfelt charm to their decor or as a unique gift for celebrations like anniversaries or holidays.

Which families glow best in cartoon tones?

This portrait suits families who love a touch of whimsy and want their home to reflect their warmth and unique story. It's especially cherished by parents wanting to immortalize precious moments with their children. Not ideal for those seeking ultra-modern or minimalist home decor.

How do we craft cartoon family portraits?

Start by uploading your family photo; our AI begins with a face-swap process to capture likeness before an artist refines the details, resulting in a harmonious blend of cartoon charm. We meticulously check each piece—about 1 in 12 doesn't pass, ensuring only the best quality reaches you.

How does this differ from typical cartoon canvases?

Unlike mass-produced cartoon canvases, each portrait we create is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. We limit each theme's lifespan to just 6 months to maintain exclusivity. Your portrait won't just be an addition to your home but a distinct, personal artifact.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?
