It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Designed for families who cherish natural simplicity, this portrait evokes tranquil moments and understated elegance — a visual symphony for the heart and home.

TL;DR: Turn your family photo into a boho-inspired portrait adorned with soft florals and warm sunlight. Ideal for those who love a touch of nature and tranquility in their home decor.

Who Delights in a Boho Family Portrait?

This portrait sings to families who value harmony with nature and wish to adorn their homes with art that reflects tranquility. Perfect for bohemian souls and those savor soothing vibes in their living spaces. Might not suit lovers of high modernism or stark minimalism.

How Does This Dreamy Portrait Get Made?

Your photo begins its transformation through AI-driven facial mapping, set against soft, custom florals. Post AI, our artists refine each image by hand to ensure delicate detail aligns with your vision. Remember, 1 in 12 are redone — we're picky for perfection.

Why Choose Our Boho Portrait Over Others?

Unlike generic prints, this boho portrait breathes serenity into your home through bespoke floral design and sunlit palettes. Each canvas is a one-off masterpiece, retiring themes frequently to maintain its exclusivity.
