I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Your Family to Life in a Cartoon World

Imagine your entire family reimagined with playful exaggeration — eyes wide, smiles even wider. Our Custom Bobblehead Cartoon Family Canvas captures your loved ones in a riot of color and whimsy, perfect for adding a touch of fun to any room.

Whether gathering around the holiday table or commemorating a big move, this cartoon portrait transforms ordinary moments into joyful caricatures that never fail to amuse.

TL;DR: Turn your family into a colorful cartoon portrait, perfect for quirky families with a playful spirit. Ideal for birthdays and gatherings.

Does a Cartoon Canvas Suit Your Family's Style?

This portrait is perfect for families who love a dose of whimsy in their decor. Great for families with young children who'll delight in seeing themselves with oversized heads and vivid features. On the flip side, it may not suit those seeking a serious or classical portrait — humor leads here.

How We Create Your Playful Family Canvas

Your family photo is uploaded and transformed by our AI into a lively caricature. Then, our artists refine each detail by hand to ensure character and charm. Not every attempt makes the cut — about 1 in 10 drafts don't capture the fun right, so we redo those to perfection before printing on museum-grade canvas.

Why Choose Our Whimsical Cartoon over Generic Art?

Unlike generic prints, this portrait is crafted with your unique family likeness. Once you order, the theme is retired after six months, ensuring your art's rarity. It’s all about injecting your home with personalized joy — no one else will have the same piece!

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?

Current formats, sizes, prices, available offers and delivery estimates are shown during selection and checkout. Review your preview and choices before ordering. For return and replacement eligibility, read the Return & Refund Policy.
