It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embrace Tender Moments in Bloom

Imagine a moment of pure tranquility, where a mother cradles her child amidst a lush tapestry of peonies and daisies. Our Serene Floral portrait captures the essence of these precious memories with a soft palette that evokes warmth and love. It's not just a portrait; it's a heartfelt celebration of the bond that defines a lifetime.

In a world filled with noise, find peace and beauty in this meticulously crafted masterpiece. Perfect for nurseries and bedrooms, this portrait is designed to capture the serenity and grace unique to the mother-child relationship, making it the ideal keepsake for those tender early years.

TL;DR: Celebrate the bond between mother and child with a custom floral portrait. Perfect for mothers who cherish sentimental art and beautiful decor.

Which moms will treasure this floral portrait?

The Serene Floral portrait is perfect for new mothers, capturing the fresh joy of welcoming a baby, as well as seasoned moms who cherish cherished early memories. It's an ideal gift for Mother's Day, baby showers, or as a thoughtful gesture for a mother who's experienced a transformative year. If you're seeking something edgy or modern, however, this gentle, classic piece may not fulfill your needs.

Crafting your serene floral keepsake

Our process begins with the photo you provide, transitioning through advanced AI face-swap technology and then refined by our artists to ensure natural expressions and harmonized colors. Our head of production, Maya Chen, insists on discarding about 1 in 12 generations, ensuring what you receive is nothing short of perfect. The final product is a museum-quality canvas guaranteed to last for years.

Why choose our floral portrait over others?

Unlike mass-produced prints, our Serene Floral empowers you with a one-of-one piece that reflects your unique experience. Themes are retired every six months to preserve their exclusivity, so what you have won't be duplicated infinitely. This attention to detail and rarity ensures your portrait remains a special fixture in your home.
