I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: This custom 3D cartoon portrait is perfect for couples seeking a fun, personalized gift. Great for anniversaries, engagements, or any couple cherishing whimsy and joy.

Which Couples Shine in a 3D Cartoon Portrait?

This portrait is a hit among couples who laugh often and are young at heart, whether newlyweds or celebrating decades together. It delights anyone who treasures whimsy over traditional art. If you're looking for something austere or classical, this probably isn't your pick.

How is Your Cartoon Love Story Brought to Life?

Your photo undergoes an AI transformation to capture the essence of joy, then our artists add their magic touch, refining each character to hit that sweet spot between lifelike and charming. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding about 1 in 12 drafts to keep your portrait just right.

Why Choose Our Cartoon Over Generic Prints?

Unlike generic prints, our 3D cartoon portraits are crafted start to finish uniquely for you, offering a one-of-one creation. Plus, we retire each design after 6 months, ensuring it's a treasure that only you own.
