I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into 1940s Hollywood: Transform Dad into Screen Legend

Capture the essence of cinema's golden era with a personalized touch. Our 1940s Hollywood Workshop Dad Portrait immerses your loved one in the glitz and glam of yesteryear, transforming them into a revered craftsman behind cinema's magic.

With smoky backdrops, the sheen of vintage spotlights, and the allure of old Hollywood charm, this portrait captures a moment in time where movie magic was handcrafted and filled with passion. Ideal for film aficionados seeking a touch of nostalgia.

TL;DR: This 1940s Hollywood Workshop Dad Portrait morphs film-loving dads into movie maestros, ideal for Father's Day or any occasion deserving cinematic flair.

Which Dads Bask in the Hollywood Spotlight?

Perfect for dads who relish the golden years of Hollywood cinema, appreciate classic films, or even dabble in photography or filmmaking as a hobby. If your father doesn't take an interest in the film industry, this theme might not resonate as much.

How Do We Craft a Hollywood Icon Out of Dad?

We start with your beloved images, seamlessly integrate them using AI-regeneration for a face swap, and finish with an artist's touch to capture the true spirit of the era. Interestingly, our head of production, Maya, reveals we reject about 1 in 12 designs that don’t meet our vintage authenticity standard.

Why is this Hollywood Portrait Truly Unique?

Unlike off-the-shelf printed canvases, each of our Hollywood portraits is a one-of-a-kind creation. We don’t reuse themes, making your portrait not just custom but also exclusive to our 6-month production run.
