It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Your Pet in Golden Era Glamour

Transport your beloved pet into the golden age of 1940s Hollywood with this custom memorial tribute portrait. Imagine your furry friend in an iconic black-and-white scene, reminiscent of Hollywood's Golden Era. This isn't just a portrait; it's a cinematic experience tailored uniquely for your pet.

The elegance of classic cinematic iconography becomes a comforting memory for pet lovers who cherish the old-world glamour. With rich sepia tones and a film noir style, this piece is ideal for those who value nostalgia and cinematic history.

TL;DR: Honor your pet with a custom 1940s Hollywood-themed memorial portrait. Perfect for pet lovers who cherish nostalgia and film history.

Is this tribute right for your pet's memory?

This tribute portrait suits pet owners who adore the vintage glamour of Hollywood's Golden Era. It's perfect for those who've lost a pet and want to celebrate their memory in a style that reflects classic cinema. However, it might not be ideal if you're looking for a more modern or colorful theme.

Crafting your pet's Hollywood moment.

The creation begins with your pet's photo. Our AI software performs an initial face-swap to integrate them seamlessly into the 1940s scene. Our head of production, Maya, then personally oversees each artist's refinement of these details. We've found that about 1 in 12 generations need retouching to achieve the perfect Hollywood look.

Why choose this Hollywood homage over others?

This tribute stands apart by merging nostalgic Hollywood charm with your pet's unique features, unlike generic stock canvas prints. The AI-regenerated details ensure it's a one-of-one composition, backed by a promise to retire the theme after six months to maintain its exclusivity.
