It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who shines in a 1940s Hollywood Christmas Portrait best?

This portrait is perfect for vintage enthusiasts who yearn for the elegance of Hollywood's golden age. If your loved ones are film buffs or simply nostalgic for classic, festive eras, this portrait will be a cherished seasonal keepsake. However, it might not hit the mark for those who prefer modern, minimalist aesthetics—this one's all about classic opulence.

How we create your Hollywood Christmas moment

Your journey into Hollywood's past begins with selecting a cherished photo. Our technology uses AI to seamlessly integrate faces into the portrait, while our artists refine every detail to meet cinema-worthy standards. We discard about 1 in 12 drafts to ensure the grace and poise befitting the 1940s Hollywood vibe.

What sets our 1940s Hollywood Portrait apart?

Unlike run-of-the-mill Christmas portraits, ours fuse personal nostalgia with historical charm—it's not just another pretty holiday picture. Our designs retire after just six months to keep your piece uniquely yours, capturing the essence of Hollywood glamor that you won't find elsewhere.
