It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Timeless Glamour: Your Christmas, Hollywood Style

Step into the golden age of cinema with our 1940s Hollywood Christmas portrait. Think glittering holidays in Tinseltown where every snapshot was a masterpiece, and every moment, iconic. Capture this vintage charm in a custom portrait that feels as if it belongs on the set of Casablanca.

This isn't just a picture, it's an entry into a world where Bing Crosby's voice stirred the airwaves and Ingrid Bergman's grace inspired dreams. Ideal for those who long for a Christmas past, it radiates the warmth of nostalgia and the glow of star-studded evenings.

TL;DR: Our custom 1940s Hollywood Christmas portrait transforms your photos into glamorous, movie-inspired artworks perfect for the holiday season. Ideal for vintage film lovers or anyone craving a nostalgic Christmas twist.

Who Wants a Touch of Old Hollywood Glamour This Christmas?

This portrait is perfect for fans of classic films, grandmothers who reminisce about golden Christmases, or anyone who yearns for a winter wonderland set against a Hollywood backdrop. It's not suited for those who lean heavily into modern or minimalist aesthetic, where the charm of old might feel offbeat.

How Do We Capture That Movie-Star Magic?

Photos are meticulously turned into 1940s-style Hollywood art pieces. The process starts with an AI face-swap to capture that star-studded sparkle, followed by our artists refining every detail. Honestly, about 1 in 12 generations don't make the cut due to finicky facial alignments.

Why Is This More Than Just a Christmas Canvas?

Unlike generic Christmas canvases, this portrait is a unique homage to Hollywood's golden era. We retire the theme after six months to maintain exclusivity. You won't find this level of custom charm in stock prints.
