It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who finds magic in a conservatory setting?

This portrait is a heartfelt gift for couples who find serenity and joy in the midst of nature. Think of plant enthusiasts, those who have decked their homes with greenery, or anyone marking a significant relationship milestone. However, if you're seeking something with historical grandeur like the Royal Portrait, this natural theme might not match your vision.

No payment is required at this stage, allowing for a stress-free review of your personalized piece before making a commitment. Why choose this over any portrait with plants?
