It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Frequently asked questions

What if the photo quality is low?We recommend using a high-resolution photo to ensure the best outcome. If unsure, upload your photo, and our system will guide you if changes are needed.
Can I swap faces after uploading?Face swaps aren't available post-upload without creating a new preview. Make sure you're happy with the photo before finalizing your upload.
Can two people be in the portrait?Absolutely! Capture a duo cosplay by uploading a photo of two people, and we'll craft a portrait showcasing both.
Is it okay to use a group photo? For the best focus and detail, individual or duo shots work best. Large groups might not translate as clearly into the portrait's style.
